What you'll do

Build a high-performing, inclusive team culture by fostering psychological safety, promoting diversity, aligning on shared goals
Provide data-driven feedback, coaching, and career development support through regular one-on-ones, reviewing individual performance, technical contributions
Lead Agile ceremonies, drive continuous process improvement using Lean and Agile principles, and apply Agile Maturity Models to improve team agility
Collaborate with Architects, product managers, and stakeholders to align technical execution with business objectives
Champion engineering excellence by promoting software craftsmanship, clean code standards, TDD, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines
