Product Designer

About the role

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

What you'll do

• Own product design end-to-end: research, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and design QA after it ships
• Design interfaces that make complex technical information (test coverage, code impact, AI-generated results) feel simple and trustworthy
• Prototype fast, put work in front of users and the team early, and iterate based on what you learn — we'd rather see three rough versions this week than one polished one…
• Challenge our assumptions. You're not here to execute someone else's vision; you're here to bring your own point of view and defend it with data and reasoning
• Maintain a comprehensive design system as the product grows

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Figma
• Prototyping
• Design systems
• Wireframing
• Any graduate
