What you'll do
- Lead the design and development of sealing systems for BIW, Paint, and Static applications
- Support engineering activities related to body sealing, water leak prevention, and performance validation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new sealing technologies and solutions
- Conduct verification and validation of sealing components and systems
- Analyze data and prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders
