Product Engineer

About the role

As an Engineer, you will play a key role in developing innovative hydraulic products that deliver value to customers while meeting the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability. Working within a collaborative product development environment, you will contribute to both new product development and product enhancement initiatives, helping bring robust engineering solutions from concept through validation and launch.

What you'll do

• Lead smaller product development projects and contribute to larger development programs, delivering innovative, compliant, and customer-focused hydraulic solutions
• Support internal teams, suppliers, and customers by providing technical expertise, coordinating prototype activities
• Collaborate closely with customers and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle
• Apply engineering tools, simulation methods, and DFSS methodologies including P-Diagram, DFMEA, Risk Management, and DVPR to improve product performance, quality
• Identify opportunities for innovation, contribute to intellectual property development
