About the role
We're looking for a highly analytical and strategic Product Finance Analyst to partner closely with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Leadership teams. This role will help drive investment decisions, pricing and monetization strategy, unit economics analysis, and long-range planning for Glean's rapidly growing AI and product offerings.
What you'll do
- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to evaluate product investments, roadmap prioritization, and resource allocation
- Build and maintain financial models for new products, AI usage economics, and infrastructure cost forecasting
- Analyze product-level revenue performance, customer adoption trends, and margin drivers
- Support pricing, packaging, and monetization analyses across SaaS and AI consumption-based offerings
- Develop dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership reviews and operating cadences
