About the role

The Product Growth Manager will drive scalable growth for key products by identifying high-impact opportunities, translating market and user insights into product strategy, and partnering across functions to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role blends technical product management, experimentation, and go-to-market thinking to improve user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue.

What you'll do

• Define and execute product growth strategies aligned to business goals and product vision
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities
• Partner with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and business teams to launch and optimize growth initiatives
• Own experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing, hypothesis definition, prioritization, and result analysis
• Translate user insights and data into product requirements, feature enhancements, and roadmap recommendations

What you need
