Product Head – HCF & IE| Mumbai

About the role

To drive the strategic direction, growth, profitability, and governance of assigned product portfolios by developing market-relevant propositions, enhancing customer value, managing portfolio performance, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Ownership of New product / program development in co-ordination with all Stakeholders for Health Care Finance (HCF) and Industrial Equipment Finance (IE).

What you'll do

• Drive the strategic direction, growth, profitability, and governance of assigned product portfolios by developing market-relevant propositions, enhancing customer value
• Build RLOS platform for HCF & IE business
• Process re-engineering & TAT management
• Develop Sales tools to increase productivity
• Achieve business growth target, incremental book growth, portfolio yield
