About the role

The Oracle Product Hub SRE Manager will be responsible for the support reliability and BAU running of Oracle Product Hub (OPH) , ensuring prompt and sustainable solutions to incidents and problems. You will resolve issues and implement solutions all while adhering to SLAs and internal governance and audit requirements.

What you'll do

Production Support & Continuous Improvement
Ensure service reliability of OPH in line with established SLAs
Facilitate root‑cause analyses for issues as required
Support Architect lead initiatives optimize performance, reduce manual work, and enhance automation
Support Integration with EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service)
