Product Intern

About the role

The role sits across product, data and user research, and carries ownership of experiments from hypothesis through to the decision that follows. Interns work directly with design, engineering, marketing and operations. This along with the scale helps to shorten the learning curve.

What you'll do

• User Research. Engage with members across WhatsApp, calls, comments and live sessions. Translate what members say into specific product improvements
• Collaboration. Work with design, engineering, marketing and support to prototype and implement solutions
• Applied AI. Use AI tools as a routine part of the work — prototyping quickly, analysing member conversations at scale, and building AI into the member experience
