About the role

Documenting and researching on finding appropriate business solutions for the problem statements with the help of Internal SMEs and stakeholders, client feedback, competition, and own creativity. Prior work experience with leading tech industry analyst or B2B SaaS firms will be an advantage Prior knowledge or working on ServiceNow is an added advantage.

What you'll do

  • Working on structuring the problem statement for a Product feature set
  • Researching in finding the right product-market fit and positioning for the product
  • Creating Process Flows, User Journeys, and Data Flow Diagrams, while taking feedback and reviews from respective stakeholders
  • Working with the Development and Testing teams to have the complete feature set developed, tested, and deployed according to the specific SDLC
  • Working on developing the product messaging, documenting Release Notes, User Guides, and relevant training documents

What you need
