About the role
Responsible for overseeing the development, and positioning of the product. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, audience preferences, and strategies to drive success. The Product Manager will collaborate with sales and training teams while maintaining high-quality standards.
What you'll do
- Responsible for delivering excellent online and F2F product demonstrations
- Planning and conducting refresher product training for teachers
- Fortnightly report on usage for the Product specialists & ensuring maximum usage basis the set benchmarks
- Share the customer feedback with the editorial team for product improvement
- Retention of the Existing Customers
