About the role

The Product Manager – Business Banking will be responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing the suite of products and services offered to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and lifecycle management of business banking products.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for the Business Banking segment
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and industry trends in the SME space
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, launch, and enhance products
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
