About the role

Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans / Communication Calendar with specific objectives across different channels and Cohorts Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies Continuously analyze funnel metrics (Drop-offs, TAT, Disbursal conversion) and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies

What you'll do

• Working in partnership with the Marketing and campaign team to build and execute week on week campaign calendar
• Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle
• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
• Use data insights to identify bottlenecks and improve lead-to-disbursal ratio along with creating contests for business team to better engagement/Conversions
