Product Manager: Cards Scheme & Usage

About the role

The Product Manager – Cards Scheme & Usage will be responsible for driving card usage growth and maximizing the value of GCash card products through strong scheme partnerships and customer-focused strategies. This role owns product performance, helps drive profitability, and ensures features, rewards, and campaigns improve customer engagement and payment adoption.

What you'll do

• Responsible for driving card usage growth and maximizing the value of GCash card products through strong scheme partnerships and customer-focused strategies
• Define and execute product strategy focused on increasing card usage, engagement, and customer stickiness
• Own the card product P&L by optimizing revenue streams such as interchange and scheme-funded rewards
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities that improve share of wallet and customer experience
• Partner with internal growth teams to design and execute A/B testing and in-app campaigns to drive adoption and active usage
