Product Manager

About the role

The Product Manager is responsible for defining and delivering regulatory-compliant, scalable, and data-driven risk management solutions, including Customer Risk Rating (CRR) and Transaction Monitoring (TM) capabilities. This role serves as the bridge between Compliance, Risk, and Engineering, ensuring that products meet regulatory expectations while enabling efficient and effective operational workflow.

What you'll do

• Translating high-level complex business requirements into Agile Epics, Features and User-Stories
• Creating UX designs, flowcharts, story boards and diagrams to support the Features and User-Stories
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing compliance needs, technical constraints, and delivery timelines
• Performing user acceptance testing and supporting system implementation
• Identifying and recommending improvements to management

What you need
