About the role

Product Manager-Credit Syndication at IDFC FIRST Bank. Involved in the preparation of Information Memorandum, Financial Model, Term Sheet, Teaser, Pitch-books, Presentations, etc. for placement of deal.

What you'll do

• Involved in the preparation of Information Memorandum, Financial Model, Term Sheet, Teaser, Pitch-books, Presentations, etc. for placement of deal
• Actively facilitate the lender/investor’s approval process through head of terms, in-principle-to-final sanctions, negotiation of documentation, etc
• Relationship management with existing lenders / investors
• Scoping market for origination of deals, including cold-calling etc
• Tracking business news / industry journals / rating releases / Bloomberg / MCA etc. for sighting potential origination opportunities

What you need

• 5–10 yrs of experience
• Financial statements
