Product Manager-Current Account

About the role

To lead the development, enhancement, and management of the Current Account product offerins, ensuring alignment with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business goals. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to drive customer acquisition, and retention.

What you'll do

• '1. Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify gaps and opportunities
• Design and develop new Current Account variants tailored to customer segments (e.g., SMEs, professionals, startups), their features, pricing etc
• Monitor key product performance metrics (book size, acquisition metrics, retention metrics)
• Ensure all product features and processes comply with RBI and internal guidelines
• Sales Enablement & Training - Develop go-to-market strategies, sales toolkits, and marketing collaterals
