Product Manager - Employee Benefit

About the role

Own the product roadmap and backlog for the Employee Benefits platform, with Group Insurance as the core focus area Define and prioritize features across the full employee benefits lifecycle: enrollment, dependent/life-event endorsements, benefits utilization, claims, and annual renewals Translate business and client (HR/employer) requirements into clear, well-scoped product requirements and user stories

What you'll do

• Translate business and client (HR/employer) requirements into clear, well-scoped product requirements and user stories
• Own the product for both end users — employees (self-service enrollment, claims tracking, digital ID cards, policy documents) and HR admins (census management
• Conduct user research and requirement-gathering with HR admins, employees, and internal broking/operations teams to identify pain points and opportunities
• Write clear PRDs/specs and work with Engineering to deliver features on time and to quality bar
• Partner with Design on employee- and HR-facing UX to ensure the platform is simple and intuitive for non-technical users
