What you'll do

• Leading and growing a team of high-calibre distributed systems software engineers
• Contributing to engineering team-wide process improvements and automation
• Collaborating with other teams to get ahead of cross-team dependencies
• Take responsibility for the overall planning, execution and success of complex projects
• Contribute technically to projects, including task planning and code reviews

What you need
