Product Manager: GenAI & Enterprise Software

About the role

A GenAI demo takes a weekend. A product that survives a compliance review, a budget cycle, and real users takes a PM who knows the difference. As Product Manager, you will own each product from the first client conversation through launch and beyond. You are accountable for scope, schedule, budget, risk, and the client relationship.

What you'll do

• Learn each client’s industry, regulations, and compliance needs, and translate them into requirements the team can build without guesswork
• Work with ML engineers to move LLM, RAG, agent, and automation prototypes into reliable, scalable, safe production systems
• Define and track production metrics: accuracy, latency, evaluation results, and cost per query
• Ensure AI features integrate with client systems through APIs and meet enterprise standards for security, data privacy, and uptime
• Coordinate UI/UX, frontend, backend, mobile, QA, DevOps, and business analysts so handoffs are clean and nothing is left to assumption
