About the role
Experience across one or more FACETS modules: Claims, Membership/Enrollment, Billing, Provider, and Product Configuration . Gather and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria .
What you'll do
- Own and manage the product backlog, roadmap, release plans, and priorities
- Work closely with Business, Technology, QA, Operations, and Agile teams to drive delivery
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and UAT activities
- Support production issue prioritization and ensure alignment with healthcare processes and regulatory requirements
