About the role
Responsible for the secured & unsecured loan product, which includes new product development, market research, targeting, product offerings, designing and measuring the effectiveness of the product and Programme. Launch the Small Business loan business across Branches and DST. Developing and maintaining an effective relationship with multiple internal stakeholders with different departments including IT/ legal/ Finance & marketing
What you'll do
- Responsible for the secured & unsecured loan product, which includes new product development, market research, targeting, product offerings
- Developing and maintaining an effective relationship with multiple internal stakeholders with different departments including IT/ legal/ Finance & marketing
- Lead initiatives focused on the development of Secured & Unsecured Loan products and services
- Manage enhancements for product segments in alignment with product strategy
- Identify and lead the introduction of new service or capability enhancements to existing products to maintain or enhance competitive advantage
