About the role

Leverage deep understanding of driveline fluids, including transmission, gearbox, and axle applications, to support customer growth and technology adoption. Proven experience in product management, strategic marketing, or commercial roles within lubricants, petrochemicals, specialty chemicals, or mobility sectors.

What you'll do

• Lead growth strategy in India's evolving mobility fluids market
• Influence portfolio and commercial decisions at a Pan India Level
• Develop and execute a 3 to 5-year India growth strategy aligned with regional and global business objectives
• Drive portfolio deployment and lifecycle management, including commercialization, optimization, and rationalization activities
• Evaluate market needs and identify portfolio gaps, recommending new product developments, technical solutions, and claim extensions
