Product Manager, Principal

About the role

This in an incredibly exciting and important role in the Platform group at Blackbaud; this product manager will be responsible for the platform and technical foundations that enable our data and machine learning business transformation, driving step-function improvements in customer outcomes, automation, delightful developer experiences, and higher product margins.

What you'll do

• Driven leader, collaborator, and relationship builder whose can-do attitude inspires others in a fast-moving environment
• Owns multiple product initiatives and leads teams from ideation through validation, delivery, and delight
• Leads adoption of the data mesh framework throughout the organization
• Partners with engineering teams to shape platform capabilities supporting data pipelines, ML workflows, MLOps practices
• Creates solutions that work for both the business and our customers

What you need
