Product Manager

About the role

You would be joining a high performing Product and Design team where you will partner directly with Product Managers, UX Designers and others across the company to ensure we're building the right functionality to meet our customers needs. This position will provide a great opportunity to work on the flagship Payroll platform.

What you'll do

• Define the product strategy and roadmap
• Drive the product- and business-planning processes for cross-functional teams
• Partner with stakeholders & User Experience Designers (UX) to discover, define
• Responsible for driving the creation, and completion, of User Stories to a “Ready for Development” status
• Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation
