Product Manager-Process & Compliance

About the role

Product Manager – Process & Compliances will be responsible for reviewing, designing, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to KYC/AML processes for Current Accounts within the Retail Liabilities function. Based in Mumbai, this role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance, simplifying processes for business teams, and coordinating with stakeholders to support timely regulatory submissions and approvals.

What you'll do

• Review existing SOPs and create new ones in line with KYC/AML guidelines for Current Accounts
• Innovate and implement process improvements, including identifying automation needs and ensuring timely project delivery
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to retrieve data and documentation required for regulatory submissions
• Facilitate SOP approvals by working closely with relevant departments
• Simplify and streamline processes to enhance usability for business teams
