About the role

The Product Manager will be responsible for system development and regulatory reporting in the areas of Rural Banking, Agri Loans, Financial Inclusion, Regulatory Compliance, and Standard Operating Process Development. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, developing automated reporting systems, streamlining processes, and driving business growth through digital innovations.

What you'll do

• Responsible for system development and regulatory reporting in the areas of Rural Banking, Agri Loans, Financial Inclusion, Regulatory Compliance
• Lead the development of end-to-end digital solutions for regulatory reporting and compliance
• Implement automation tools to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Work with IT teams to integrate systems with CBS, LOS, and regulatory portals
• Design and enhance dashboards for real-time monitoring of compliance metrics

What you need

• 6–8 yrs of experience
• Business analysis
• Any graduate
