Product Manager - Retail Solutions

About the role

To lead the development, enhancement, and management of MSME-focused retail payment and collection solutions such as UPI, QR, POS, Bulk Payments, Tax Payments, Virtual Accounts, and Escrow. The role involves driving product innovation, digital integration, and customer-centric solutions to support MSME growth and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

• '1. Drive campaigns and initiatives to increase payment and collection solutions penetration and usage
• Develop product features, pricing models, and customer journeys for UPI, QR, POS, Virtual Accounts, Escrow, etc
• Collaborate with Digital Banking, IT, and Journey Teams to build seamless digital onboarding and transaction journeys
• Drive adoption of payment and collection features of mobile/internet banking for MSME customers with help of digital team
• Ensure product compliance with RBI guidelines and internal risk frameworks
