About the role
We are seeking a Product Manager with 3–5 years of experience in a product-based, SaaS, or AI-driven company, and 1–2 years of prior experience as a Software Engineer. This is a hands-on product role ideal for someone who: Can translate customer needs into clear product requirements Is comfortable working with engineering teams at a technical level
What you'll do
- Product Discovery & Strategy
- Partner with leadership to define product priorities and roadmap
- Conduct user interviews and gather feedback from clinical and operations teams
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear product opportunities
- Identify areas where AI and automation can meaningfully improve workflows
What you need
