Holds relevant product knowledge on CASA Deposits products Develop and introduce new products to increase overall business profitability

What you'll do

• Drive and achieve MOM Business targets (CASA, NTB and NSR) as per Budgets
• Segment focus, customer focussed product and process development
• Operational quality - Error free processing of customer applications
• Well defined and streamlined process to drive liabilities business
• Build a transparent and collaborative culture in which incentives are based on support of Client Income with specific performance metrics on the Bank's values
