Product Manager

About the role

As Product Manager, you'll drive conversion strategy, and platform performance health - not as separate silos, but as a unified growth system. You'll work on the customer journey from discovery to repeat purchase , with a focus on: Acquisition & Growth Mechanics - funnel expansion, traffic quality, unit economics

What you'll do

• Manage platform performance & health — prioritize improvements that unblock growth and enable scalability
• Demand forecasting & planning inputs — feed category trends, promotional calendars, and supply constraints into planning
• Pricing & discount strategy — recommend promotional mechanics, discount structures, and A/B test opportunities
• Hands-on CRO experience — shipped multiple A/B tests with measurable lift
• Design tool literacy — can read specs, comment on designs, and iterate with design partners

What you need
