Product Manager - Tokenisation & Stablecoin Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Tokenization & Stablecoin Infrastructure team and drive the products that let institutions issue, mint, redeem, custody, and move stablecoins and tokenized real-world assets. You will work closely with stablecoin issuers, asset managers, banks, and token foundations, along with engineering, compliance, legal, and go-to-market teams, to bring new issuers and assets onto BitGo's regulated infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Lead and motivate a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and operations and compliance partners to build institutional-grade solutions
• Scope and ship new issuer and asset integrations end to end: write PRDs, define order, fee, and settlement flows, align on custody and security models
• Partner with stablecoin issuers, tokenized fund and asset managers, banks, and ecosystem and blockchain foundations to understand needs, shape partnerships
• Work with compliance, legal, and risk teams to make sure every product meets regulatory, security, and licensing requirements across jurisdictions
• Evaluate new chains, token standards, and market-structure developments (for example, tokenized securities, tokenized deposits
