Product Owner

About the role

As a Product Owner, you’re the link between our customers and the agile team building for them. You’ll turn internal and external customer needs into clear stories, keep the backlog focused on the most valuable work, and help a team of software and quality engineers deliver it. You’ll partner with Product Managers on vision, strategy, and roadmap, and you’ll own what gets built next.

What you'll do

• Serve as the voice of the customer on your agile team, from planning through delivery
• Own the product backlog and set priorities when needs compete
• Write and refine epics, features, stories, and acceptance criteria with Product Managers so the backlog stays tied to product strategy
• Lead release and sprint planning, set clear goals, and guide the team to meet them
• Spot risks early and work with the team to clear them
