Product Owner

About the role

The Product Owner – Data Services (Transmission Lines & Grid Diagnostics) is responsible for the tactical ownership and delivery of analytics and intelligence services focused on grid monitoring, fault analysis, diagnostics, fault location, and power quality .

What you'll do

• Customer Discovery & Insight Generation
• Engage directly with grid operators, protection engineers, and utility stakeholders to understand operational workflows and constraints
• Conduct interviews, observations, and site visits to capture real‑world use cases related to fault detection, classification, diagnostics, fault location
• Translate customer insights into product behaviors, analytics expectations, and acceptance criteria
• Backlog Ownership & Story Definition

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Agile

• Power systems
• B.Tech or B.E.
