Product Owner - Mobile Platform

About the role

The role is the single enterprise-level owner accountable for the strategy, governance, delivery, operations, and performance of every LK-EA mobile app on Android and iOS. 2. SmartComm / IoT Device Apps, Loyalty App, E-Commerce App, Internal CRM App, DMS (Distributor/Dealer) App, EV Charging App, Website/Companion App, and future/new mobile applications.

What you'll do

• Enterprise Mobile Portfolio Ownership — Own strategy, roadmap, governance, and performance of the entire LK-EA mobile app portfolio
• Product & Experience Governance — Own end-to-end lifecycle (discovery → design → build → release → hypercare → AMC); ensure consistent UX, navigation, branding
• Analytics, Engagement & Notifications — Own mobile analytics, adoption metrics, engagement dashboards; govern unified push framework (APNs/FCM) and lifecycle messaging
• Architecture, Integrations & Delivery Governance — Govern integrations with SFDC, SFMC, DMS, E-Com, Loyalty, IoT, EV, and backend/API layers
• Provide direct engineering leadership for developers/testers and enforce CI/CD, release quality, defect closure
