About the role
As an SRE Product Owner, you will drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered reliability, automation, and support platforms at Maersk. Your mandate is to reduce operational toil, improve reliability, and transform IT support by embedding AI and automation into day-to-day workflows across global teams.
What you'll do
- Identify and shape opportunities for improvement
- Analyse ITSM processes, incident patterns, SLAs/SLOs, and operational workflows to identify automation and AI intervention points
- Translate operational pain points into structured problem statements with measurable business outcomes
- Partner with operations, engineering, and support teams to uncover constraints, dependencies, and value opportunities
