Product Owner, Workday, Talent & Performance

About the role

The Experienced Product Owner is an experienced, functionally deep Workday professional who owns one or more Workday modules end-to-end on behalf of Revantage and its PortCos. This is not a passive coordination role — it is an active, hands-on domain mastery role. You are the subject-matter expert, the decision-maker, the stakeholder champion, and the product strategist for your assigned module(s).

What you'll do

• Domain Ownership & Functional Mastery
• Own your assigned Workday module(s): Talent & Performance end-to-end — from strategy and design through configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization
• Develop and maintain deep functional expertise in your domain(s), staying current with Workday product updates, roadmap changes, and community best practices
• Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation resource for your module area across all PortCos
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of how your module(s) interact with upstream and downstream systems and processes — and design solutions with those dependencies in mind
