What you'll do

• Lead the Substation & Grid Monitoring portfolio, defining and owning the portfolio strategy and roadmap across asset classes
• Govern product strategy and roadmaps, providing oversight and challenge to ensure alignment with portfolio priorities, business objectives
• Own the Health & Analytics Center (HAC) portfolio vision, setting strategic objectives, investment focus, and success criteria
• Shape the Digital Substation portfolio direction, defining priorities across monitoring, protection, control, and analytics
• Drive portfolio integration and cross functional alignment, resolving prioritization and dependency conflicts, setting portfolio guardrails
