Product Quality Engineer & Test Automation - India

About the role

This role is about expanding the quality practice and ensuring reliability grows alongside development velocity. We work at the intersection of product and community, on a mission to bridge knowledge between users and product: we create inspiring learning resources, design smooth onboarding journeys, oversee high-quality technical documentation, validate product quality and best communicate feature value.

What you'll do

• Build and own the test automation of the platform enabling continuous quality assurance. Leverage AI agents and latest technologies for optimal test automation
• 80% quality issues caught directly during the development cycle by automated tests. Manual tests are only focused on the 20% edge cases
• 90% customer facing releases and patches are shipped without any quality delays
• Establish and maintain prioritized QA roadmap aligned with VP Engineering objectives, ensuring QA team focuses on highest-risk areas, with clear ownership
• Implement standardized and shared quality playbook adopted across 100% of product areas, documenting defined risk categories, acceptance criteria
