Product Security DevSecOps Engineer

About the role

As a Product Security DevSecOps Engineer , you will help Danfoss scale Product Security across engineering organizations by embedding security directly into development pipelines, toolchains, and software delivery processes. Working closely with development teams, platform teams, and toolchain owners, you will improve the adoption, automation, and effectiveness of security capabilities across the software development lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Drive the adoption of DevSecOps practices across engineering teams by embedding security controls, testing
• Design, implement, and continuously improve secure CI/CD capabilities that can be consistently adopted across products, platforms, and development teams
• Integrate, automate, and optimize security tooling within development pipelines , including application security testing, software composition analysis
• Develop reusable automation, self-service capabilities, and standardized security solutions that reduce manual effort, improve efficiency
• Partner with development, platform, and toolchain teams to establish scalable security processes, security gates, policies
