Product Solution Engineer (3-5 years)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Product Solution Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic team at PhonePe. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in production support, troubleshooting, and automation. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can maintain system stability, automate manual tasks, and effectively bridge the gap between technical operations and business requirements.

What you'll do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix production software issues efficiently
• Develop and own monitoring solutions for both production and non-production environments and applications
• Develop smaller complexity features and enhancements in existing stable system components
• Adapt installers, shell scripts, and Perl scripts to aggressively automate manual tasks
• Provide valuable feedback from customer users to the internal engineering and product teams
