Product Squad Lead

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Squad Lead to join the Campaign Data Standards Product Team . This role serves as the operational leader for the squad, responsible for driving delivery, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across campaign metadata, tagging, taxonomy, and data standards capabilities.

What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day squad operations and delivery activities for the Campaign Data Standards Product Team
• Partner with Product Managers to translate strategic objectives into executable roadmaps, priorities, and delivery plans
• Coordinate work across business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and data governance partners to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes
• Drive adoption and governance of enterprise metadata, tagging, taxonomy, naming conventions, and campaign data standards
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and PI Planning activities
