What you'll do

• B e the primary point of contact for customer support across calls, messages, and other channels
• Own complex technical issues, diving deep to perform excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
• Escalation of priority issues and partnering with Sustaining Engineering and Product Management to follow those items through to resolution
• Go beyond just answering tickets—take the initiative to improve the customer experience by updating documentation, streamlining procedures
• Act as a customer advocate, constantly striving to ensure they can leverage our products to its full potential
