Product Support Engineer

About the role

We at workindia are looking for a Product Support Engineer role. The person provides direct assistance to customers, diagnosing and resolving technical issues across various channels. They collaborate with internal teams, document interactions, and contribute to knowledge sharing. Continuous learning, quality assurance, and gathering customer feedback ensure efficient support delivery and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Act as a bridge between the Operations and Technical teams, addressing issues faced by the Ops team promptly
• Investigate and resolve technical issues raised by the Customer Support Team, ensuring a quick and empathetic response
• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams to understand and resolve problems efficiently
• Automate manual processes to achieve opex. Provide solutions to unprecedented technical challenges, demonstrating a problem-solving mindset
• Leading the Implementation and Adoption of tech processes

What you need

• 1–3 yrs of experience
• Ticketing tools
• SQL
• Python
• SOP writing
• Any graduate
