About the role

Responsible for onboarding new client requests received through Sales & Marketing and Channel Partner. Coordinate with the Accounts team for payment confirmation and connect with clients for onboarding process. Verify the employee details are accurate as per the system requirements. Connect with the client’s Point of Contact (POC) to schedule the onboarding process.

Coordinate with the Accounts team for payment confirmation and connect with clients for onboarding process
Guide the clients to onboard the users
Verify the employee details are accurate as per the system requirements. Connect with the client’s Point of Contact (POC) to schedule the onboarding process
Conduct complete product demonstrations, tools and its features to the client
