Production Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Engineer to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in machining, fabrication, welding, and sheet-metal processes, combined with proven leadership in production planning, process improvement, and team management.

What you'll do

• Production Planning & Execution
• Lead production planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure timely delivery
• Oversee issuance of parts, materials, and tools as per production requirements
• Coordinate across machining, welding, and fabrication teams to optimize workflows
• Process Development & Optimization

What you need

• 30 yrs of experience
• 5S
• Kaizen
• Lean manufacturing
• Production planning
• Machining
• Fabrication
• Diploma or B.Tech or B.E.
