Production Engineer

About the role

We are hiring a Production Engineer to lead daily production schedules, optimize manpower, machines and materials, and keep operations running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Track output against plan and resolve delays promptly
• Reduce cycle times through Lean, 5S, Kaizen and TPM
• Ensure in-process quality checks and support internal and customer audits
• Coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience
• TPM
• Root cause analysis
• MS Office
• Kaizen
• Lean
• Preventive maintenance
• B.Tech or B.E.

Good to have

• Six Sigma
• ISO 9001
