Production Head - Radiators

About the role

A successful Production Head should have: A degree in engineering or a related technical field Proven experience in radiator or heavy manufacturing & fabrication processes Proficiency in using production management software and tools Problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions

What you'll do

• Manage and supervise daily production activities to meet quality and output targets
• Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules to optimise efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve production techniques and reduce costs
• Oversee the maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations

What you need
