Production Lead

About the role

The Production Head will oversee the entire production process, ensuring that all garments are produced on time, within budget, and to the buyer's quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, strategic mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent coordination skills to manage the workflow from initial design to final product delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage the production team, providing guidance, training, and support
• Develop and implement production strategies that align with the brand's approvals and goals
• Create detailed production schedules and ensure adherence to timelines
• Coordinate with design, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Establish and maintain quality control standards

What you need

• 15–27 yrs of experience
• Quality control
• BBA or MBA
