About the role

We are looking for a highly disciplined and result-oriented Production Manager to manage end-to-end production operations of manufacturing centers across multiple districts. The role requires strong hands-on exposure in production management, quality control, workforce supervision, SOP implementation, and multi-location operations.

What you'll do

  • Plan and allocate production targets center-wise on a daily basis
  • Ensure achievement of production quantity as per allotment
  • Track daily production vs. target and ensure gap closure
  • Monitor productivity levels of centers and commission agents
  • Develop action plans to improve production output
